By accessing or using DreamID Omni, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice by updating this page and, where appropriate, via email or in-product notifications.

DreamID Omni provides research and production tools for audio-video generation, editing, and animation. You agree to use the service in compliance with applicable laws and not to misuse or attempt to harm the service, our infrastructure, or other users.

Where our service allows you to upload or submit content, you retain all rights to your content. You grant us a license to use, host, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving DreamID Omni. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any content you upload.

You agree not to use DreamID Omni to generate or distribute content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, or otherwise violates the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse of the service.

Our service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall the DreamID Omni team or its partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the DreamID Omni service regarding your use of the platform and supersede any prior agreements. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
